SJM is a GODDESS, and I would love to be in her head for a few minutes. Suzanne Collins dystopias fascinate me, and MKA is an amazing contemporary storyteller. I would be honored to meet any/all of them.
The Official Schedule: How do you determine what books you’re going to read next?
I am a total mood reader. However, I genreally enjoy SFF, YA, and Romance, so that’s what you mostly see on the blog. I do have a schedule for books that I’ve committed to reading and reviewing, so that sometimes determines my next read.
ARC Drops: What ARC would you wait hours in line for?
The only books I’ve ever waited hours in line for are Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
I could see myself waiting hours in line for a Sarah J. Maas book. 🙂
The Swag! What bookish merch/pre-order incentives/etc. is your favorite?
I love pre-signed books, bookmarks, and totes. Oooh, I love bookish notebooks and pins too!
The Panels: What topic would you love to see some of your favorite authors talk about?
I would love to talk to Suzanne Colllins about the dystopian elements in her stories and how they compare to and/or were influenced by the current political/social/technological trends.
In addition to literary discussions, I would love to talk to MKA about junking and collecting. She finds the most wonderful things!
Honestly, they could all just sit there and talk about the weather, and I’d be thrilled.
Yallfest, Yallwest, BookCon/BookExpo, YALC, Etc: What book festival/con would you go to if you had the choice?
Any of them…All of them!! lol If I had to choose, I would say Book Con.
