First Lines Fridays is a weekly feature for book lovers hosted by Wandering Words. What if instead of judging a book by its cover, its author or its prestige, we judged it by its opening lines?

Ooh, I’ve had this one sitting on my TBR for forever now but I really hope to pick it up this year (lol) coz I keep hearing amazing things about it and I’m loving those first lines!
I have the book on the table next to me and still haven’t read it. lol Once I get my Netgalley books under control, I plan to read it. The first lines and the cover are fantastic! 🙂
