The ABC Book Challenge: C

Hi there! Today I’m back with the ABC Book Challenge where I include memorable reads and books on my TBR that start with the same letter. It’s such a fun way to look back on all of the fabulous books I’ve read and to look ahead at books I’d like to read in the future!

Let’s see what I have for the letter “C”!

Memorable Books that Start With C

Cast in Firelight is one of my most recent ya fantasy reads. I received an ARC of the book and read it in a day. I couldn’t put it down. I loved the characters, the story, the cool powers, the families – it was an all-around excellent read!

A Court of Thorns and Roses is probably one of my all-time favorite series. I love SJM, and this book is immersive and complicated and fantastic!

Cinderella is Dead is such a unique spin on the Cinderella story, and I loved it. Sophia is a fierce protagonist, the story is intriguing, and I loved the messages of equality and empowerment.

Crownchasers is one of my most recent reads, and I absolutely loved it. It’s like a mix of Aurora Rising, the Amazing Race, and The Hunger Games, and I couldn’t put it down!

Choosing Theo is a steamy sci-fi romance by Victoria Aveline. The world-building and character development are fantastic!

Catching Fire, of course, made my list. I love The Hunger Games series, and the arena in Catching Fire was insane! I’ve read this book at least 10 times and it never gets old.

Claimed is one of the first sci-fi romance novels I ever read, and it definitely attracted me to the genre. Evangeline Anderson’s stories are so good, and I love this series.

Court of Bitter Thorn is Kay L. Moody’s new series The Fae of Bitter Thorn, and it’s so good. I love the main character, and the fae world is dynamic!

Books on my TBR That Start With C

Cemetery Boys is one of my most anticipated new releases. It sounds so good!! I’m headed to the bookstore tomorrow, and I hope to pick this one up.

Crown of Bones drew me in with that fantastic cover! I was lucky enough to receive an ARC of this one and hope to read it soon.

Crown of Feathers is a book I bought months ago and never got around to reading. It sounds so good, and I’ve heard a lot of good things about it.

The Code for Love and Heartbreak is described as a modern update of Jane Austen’s Emma, and it sounds super cute and fun.

Are any of these your favorites, or do you have other books that start with the letter C to recommend? Comment below, and thanks for stopping by! 🙂

  1. These all have such gorgeous covers! I hardly know which to add to my TBR pile first.

An oldie but a goodie is The Curse of Chalion by Lois McMaster Bujold–amazing epic fantasy.
