A Heart So Fierce and Broken by Brigid Kemmerer, and I loved it!
Do you have any reading or blogging goals this year?
My Goodreads goal is to read 100 books this year. Other than that, I have no formal goals. However, I’d like to join more blog tours and maybe become more active on Pinterest. We’ll see…
What was your favourite book of 2020?
Nooooo! I don’t know if I can pick just one. Here are the first four that popped in my head (I included links to Goodreads if you click on the picture):
What was you least favourite book of 2020?
Damsel. I had a few DNFs, but Damsel really didn’t do it for me. I think I was most disappointed in this one because I had high hopes for it.
If you could only eat one food for the rest of you life, what would it be?
Tomatoes – I have a major love of tomatoes, and last summer I even grew 24 tomato plants!
Do you prefer writing book reviews or book tags?
Depends on the day. lol Tags are usually super fun, but I also like analyzing and commenting on books. This week, I held off on writing review because it felt like a bit of a chore. 🙂
Have you got a book recommendation for me?
Always! The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller is AMAZING!! So is Beneath Cruel Fathoms by Anela Deen.
I also am loving the Cursebreakers series. Other YA fantasis I’ve read and loved recently include Fable by Adrienne Young, Cast in Firelight by Dana Swift, Poison and Honey by Kristen Brand, and The Elements of the Crown by Kay L. Moody.
For historical fiction lovers, I really enjoyed The Book of Lost Names by Kristin Harmel.

The Cursebreakers series is definitely one that I don’t want to end, and yet I can’t wait to find out what happens next. lol
The Song of Achilles was so beautiful. I may have ugly cried a couple of times, and I legit hugged the book when I finished it. lol And Beneath Cruel Fathoms has such a great romance! I adored it! 🙂

We did well last year with our garden. I grew tomatoes, garlic, eggplant, spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, onions, and peppers. And a bunch of herbs. I love gardening almost as much as I love reading! lol

I loved the Six of Crows as well. It had so many elements that made it hard to put the book down. And I’m really intrigued by the Song of Achilles now after hearing some bloggers talk about it.
I agree! I can’t wait for the show Shadow and Bone!! And I loved The Song of Achilles so much! Such a beautifully written story!
Always hard to choose your favourite! Fro our list I only read Six of Crows, which I love! I’m planning on reading Fable soon!

Congratulations on the nomination! I definitely agree with you about the book review/book tag answer. Sometimes when I read too quickly writing the reviews can be such a chore but then I also realise perhaps it’s time to write shorter reviews? 😂 Glad to hear you loved AHSFAB–I still need to read it and was put off a little by all the negative reviews but I hope to love it as well!
I was put off by the negative reviews of AHSFAB too, but I devoured the book! I loved the characters and was shocked at some of the characters actions. I ended up really loving it. 🙂 I hope you enjoy it if you get the chance to read it!
