Hey there! I don’t know about you, but August went by so fast! I can’t believe we’re already into September. The kids are all back at school, and I’m not used to the house being this quiet!
Overall, I had a great reading month and managed to haul some fantastic books. I’ve already read 23 of the 35 books I hauled!

I’ve read 12 of the 16 books I received. Not too bad! I still need to read Hunt the Stars, Highland Wolf, The Good Girls Guide to Rakes, and Duke Gone Rogue.

To celebrate Romance Appreciation Month, Forever Publishing sent me some amazing gifts! And St. Martin’s Press sent me an advanced copy of The Living and the Lost, which I just finished reading. It’s a moving piece of historical fiction. Next, I’m thinking I’ll read Between the Devil and the Duke. I love a swoon-worthy historical romance!
