Ratings

I rate the books I review on a 1-5 star scale. Below is a brief explanation of the ratings. Please remember that all opinions and thoughts are my own. 🙂

The book is perfection! I loved everything about it and couldn’t put it down. Some might say I’m obsessed with the book. They’re right! I probably want to live in the fictional world or hang out with the characters in the story, and am eagerly waiting for the next book in the series. This is a new favorite, and I’ll definitely read it a second time! This is a book I highly recommend! It’s a must read.

A great book! I really enjoyed reading it and want to continue reading the series. The book probably didn’t blow my mind, but it is memorable and worth your time. I definitely recommend this book to others.

This book is good. It’s not setting my world on fire, but it’s not terrible. I might talk about the book with others but probably wouldn’t re-read it or continue the series. I might recommend it to others, but it probably wasn’t a favorite of mine.

I didn’t enjoy the book that much. It might have a few aspects that I like, but the negatives outweigh the positives. I don’t recommend this book, and I have no desire to continue the series.

I did not enjoy this book and struggled to finish it. A single star rating means that I find the book lacking in several areas. I probably finished it feeling disappointed, irritated, or confused. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this book.
