Happy Sunday, friends! I hope you’re having a great weekend! I’ve been super busy and haven’t gotten much reading done in the past few days, but I’m hoping today I can get a few hours in. Fingers crossed! I thought I’d share my May book haul today. I hauled a bunch of great books, and I’ve read more than I expected. Let’s check them out!
Book Mail:
I received five books in the mail this month, and I’ve read four of the five. The Last Song of Penelope was my favorite – such a brilliant read!
eBooks:
I got nine eBooks in May, and so far I’ve read seven – all the historical romances! lol I’m super excited about Black Tide Son and The Gods Below, though, and I’m thinking I might start Black Tide Son today. Of the historical romances, Stranded with Her Forbidden Knight and Isabel and the Rogue were my favorites.

Excellent haul! My May was rather understated: my 2 BOTM picks (The Paradise Problem and The Ministry of Time) and 2 that I snagged from the Library book sale (Sepulchre Street and The Sunset Years of Agnes Sharp). Of those, I’ve only finished the Paradise Problem so far 🙂

I did – it was wild and wacky, with some heavy stuff in the mix. I loved the “fake married but actually married” premise and it’s always a good time to read about people who are so rich its unfathomable 🙂
