Happy Sunday! I hope you’re having a great weekend. I’ve had another busy weekend, but I realized I never posted my August book haul. It’s been so hectic with school starting and all the my kids in different schools and my eldest starting college. Buuuuut, I hauled some pretty great books last month. Let’s check them out!
Book Mail:
I received a bit of a variety from publishers this month – historical romance from Forever Publishing, fantasy from Orbit, and a ya rom-com from Entangled. Of the 5 books I received, I’ve only read 2 so far.
eBooks:
I’m trying to cut down on how many books I request on NetGalley until I catch up on the ones I already have. However, we all know I have absolutely no shelf control! And when some of my favorite authors ask me to read their ARCs, there’s no way I’m saying no! lol Of the 8 books, I’ve read 4.
That’s it for my August book haul. Compared to other months, I didn’t haul that many, but it’s still a great group of books. And I didn’t buy any, which is rare for me.

The only one of these that I’ve read is Labyrinth’s Heart which I loved. That cover for To Kill a Shadow makes me want to read that one. It’s gorgeous
