Happy Wednesday, friends! It’s the first week of September, and the kids are all officially back at school. It’s been a whirlwind of a summer, and between trips, illnesses, and adopting a new dog, there hasn’t been a dull moment. Now that things have calmed down a bit, I’ll have a little extra time for reading, and it’s a good thing because I hauled some books last month! Let’s check out what I got!
eBooks:
Almost every month, eBooks are my largest haul, and that’s true for August. I received 12 books from authors, publishers, and NetGalley. So far, I’ve read 4 of the 12 books.
Book Mail:
My mailbox was on fire in August!! I got 9 books from publishers, authors, and for blog tours. So far, I’ve read 5 of the 9 books.
Purchases:
Of course, I can’t go a month without buying books! I only picked up 6, though I have a feeling September will be much more. There’s a library book sale at one of the local libraries, and I’m taking my youngest. Of the 6 books I bought in August, I’ve only read 1. But they all look really pretty on my bookshelves. lol
